Immediately after requesting your order you will receive an email
of confirmation with instructions.
How to pay.
You can pay in Czech crowns, US dollars, British pounds and Euros.
If you book a return transfer you can pay our driver the full amount for both trips -
from and to the airport.
Of course, you can make a one way payment and pay for the return trip on your way back.
The driver will give you a receipt of your payment.
If you decide to pay by bankcard, please make sure that we accept that particular card.
You can also pay via the internet.
Important contact
Turn on your mobile phone as soon as your flight lands.
If you cannot locate the driver, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem.
In case of a prolonged wait for your luggage
we would kindly ask you to inform our task dispatcher or the driver waiting in the arrival area.
Your arrival
After your plane has landed and you have gone through customs
a driver will be waiting for you in the arrival area.
He will be holding up a sing with your name on it.
The driver will help you with your luggage.
If you book just one transfer (from the airport only)
you can arrange a return trip from your hotel back to the airport with the driver.

After mailing your order.
After sending your order form, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation with instructions.
Traveling with children?
We provide child safety seats free of charge. Please mention your childīs age in your e-mail.
Do i have a lot of luggage?
In case your luggage is considerable in number or size, inform us while making your booking.
We can arrange a bigger vehicle for you with a large luggage capacity.
The same applies if 2, 3 or 4 people are traveling with an excessive amount of luggage.
In that case, you only have to pay for the number of passangers not the size of the car.
Do you need to get to a bus or railway station?
Donīt forget to mention your train or bus details.
Also mention where your train is heading from and its arrival time so the driver
can adjust to your schedule. The driver will be holding up a sign with your name on it.
